Farooq visits ailing Mian Bashir at Kangan

Kangan: National Conference President and Member of Parliament for Srinagar, Dr. Farooq Abdullah on Monday visited Baba Nagri Kangan to inquire about the health of Haji Mian Bashir Ahmed.

Farooq while inquiring about the health and welfare of Haji Mian Bashir Ahmed prayed for his complete recovery and good health, a statement by National Conference said.

Haji Mian Bashir Ahmed has been ailing for a while and returned to Kangan from New Delhi on Sunday. Farooq said Mian Bashir Ahmed is an asset and an inspiration for the people of the State. Senior National Conference Leader, MLA Kangan and son of Haji Mian Bashir Ahmed, Mian Altaf Ahmed was also present on the occasion.

Farooq was accompanied by NC General Secretary Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal and Provincial Vice President Mushtaq Ahmed Guroo.
