Hospital sources told, The INS News that earlier Dr Shafqat (ENT specialist) was appointed on sanctioned post but after his transfer authorities did not filled the post with an ENT specialist.

Medical Superintendent Budgam, Dr Deeba said that “it is true that specialist post of ENT is vacant but we have a Medical Officer (MO) Rank who is also having post-graduation in the same field and is specialised too to get the patients with ENT disorders treated.”
