Qazigund: Police on Thursday siezed a truck full of rice being smuggled out of the valley. Driver of the truck has been arrested while police has launched an investigation. 

Police officials said that on a specific tip off ,SHO Qazigund ,Tanveer Ahamed seized truck loaded with 150 quintals of rice near Qazigund Lower Munda.

“Truck bearing registration number Jk02AQ 2557 was coming from Srinagar, going towards Jammu with illegal Rice,” he said.
