Police on Tuesday foiled Rehbar i taleem teachers forum march towards Governor house at city center Lal Chowk

RET employees were lead by Employees Joint Action Committee leader Qayoom Wani. They assembled in sher i kashmir park and begun their protesting march, demanding release of salaries as per 7th pay commission.

 

They demanded that government should de-link salaries. Police used Water canon to disperse them. 

 

Dozens of the protesting employees were detain by police.
