Internet suspended in Baramulla, Kupwara districts

Srinagar: Authorities have suspense Internet services in Baramulla and Kupwara district  following killing a youth in Trehgam area of Kupwara by the Army personnel on Wednesday evening.

A youth identified as Khalid was killed after Army opened fire in retaliation to stone pelting.

Khalid according to locals was sitting at his shop front when some youth pelted stones on Army patrolling party. The area was shut as valley observed strike against civilian killings in south Kashmir.

The locals also claim that Khalid was ‘targeted and killed in cold blood’. He had received bullet in neck.

His blook soaked picture had gone viral on Internet.
