HC forms panel of judges on transfer of judicial officers

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has formed a committee of four judges regarding transfer of judicial officers in the state.
“To recommend action on the representations for transfers submitted by the Judicial Officers and to recommend the consequent transfers of the Judicial Officers, the Acting Chief Justice has been pleased to constitute (the) Committee,” reads an order issued here by the Registrar Judicial.
The committee comprises of Justices Ali Mohammad Magrey, Dhiraj Singh Thakur, Janak Raj Kotwal and M.K.Hanjra.
