Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (M) strongly condemning the nocturnal raids in various parts of Kashmir including Hajin, Bandipora and Pulwama in south Kashmir and said that under the garb of search operations, people of all ages are subjected to worst form of harassment, torture while properties worth lakhs are vandalised by the government forces.

In a statement issued here, the amalgam led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said that authorities have made it a regular affair to harass and instill fear among the people. “It seems that harassing and warning people with dire consequences has been made a formal policy of the rulers in Kashmir.”
