Srinagar: Insha Qazi, Director SSM College Of Engineering and Technology, inaugurated the National Mobile Medical Unit by Department Of Health Jammu & Kashmir.

The mobile medical unit is a part of National Rural Health Mission and will be providing free health check-ups especially to women. It was organised by the Block Medical Officer Dr Massarat and various doctors and best Gynecologists from the valley spoke about it at Government Higher Secondary Girls Pattan. The awareness camp highlighted Breast Cancer symptoms and educated the girls on the topic. Kashmiri women tend to have highest rates of breast cancer as compared to women in rest of the India. “The awareness starts from our homes.”
