Govt orders transfer of 5 KAS officers

Govt shifts 6 KAS officers, gives additional charge to other

Srinagar: The state government on Wednesday ordered transfer of five KAS officers in the interst of administration.
According to a government order, Ravinder Kumar Bhat (KAS), Director, Rural Development, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K SC, ST and OBC Development Corporation, against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Mumtaz Ali, KAS, Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission, has been transferred and posted as Director, Rural Development, Jammu, vice Mr. Ravinder Kumar Bhat.
Khalid Majeed, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspections),
Jammu has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission.
Rakesh Magotra, KAS, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary in the J&K Public Service
Commission, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner,Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspections), Jammu.
Tufail Matoo, Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, has been transferred and posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
Abdul Rashid War, KAS, Project Director, Sarv a Shiksha Abhiyan, has been asked to hold the additional charge of the post of Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, till further orders.
