Shab-e-Qadr holiday to be observed on Friday instead of Thursday: Govt

Srinagar: The government on Tuesday ordered that holiday on account of Shab-I-Qadr shall be observed on June 12 (Tuesday) instead of June 11.

June (Tuesday) instead of 11 June, 2018 (Monday) in the Government Offices, Educational Institutions and under the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881,” reads an order issued by the government.
