Soura: Scores of residents including women protested against Power Development Department (PDD) and PHE department today blocked Soura-Ganderbal 90ft road at Ahmadnagar chowk .
The protesters of Shah Mohalla Ahmadnagar said that their transformer damaged last week before and they are reeling under darkness since past one week in the month of Ramzan.
The protesters said that they had several times complained to PDD authorities regarding this issue but the concerned department have not taken any initiative.
Protesters also said that there is no drinking water in the area from last few months.
