Residents accuse authorities of ‘forgetting that there is a human habitation’ as from past five years government especially PHE department has failed to provide them portable drinking water.

One of the villager Aijaz ahmad said that past couple of years we continuously brought our concerns to the notice of local MLA, and PHE officials.

“They were time and often told that our village is suffering from leaking water pipes but no attention is being given to us.”

According to villagers they are managing there water needs from tube well of people, who have installed them on their properties.

“The Department connected water pipeline from near by village but they all are either locked, or the pipes have been  broken at places and diverted to some orchards,” they said.

Inhabitants of village again request the PHE department to look into this matter so that people can have a sigh of relief.
