Tral: An elderly person by a speedy Sumo near Govt Degree college Tral in Pulwama district on Thursday.
According to the initial reports the accident caused death of an elderly on the spot while as the speedy vehicle fled from the spot.
Identification of the deceased is being ascertained, the driver and the vehicle were later apprehended.
