Sopore:  Jammu and Kashmir cop cop deserted with service rifle of another cop from Rafiabad Sopore in North Kashmir on Wednesday.

SSP Sopore Javid Iqbal confirmed the incident and said that a joint team of police party has been  deputed to nab the missing spo.

The SPO has been identified as Waseem Ahmad, age about 28 years (r/o Shutloo Rafiabad) who was on residential guard to Mohmad Maqbool war former member Kisan Morcha of BJP.

He has fled away with the service rifle of one Ct Shamshad Ahmad police sources said.
