Kupwara: A 36-year-old woman died on Tuesday due to lightning in Lolab area of north kashmir’s kupwara district.
The incident took place at Shahabad Warnow area of Lolab late afternoon, a police official said.
The deceased woman has been identified as Shaheena Begum Wife of Fareed Ahmad Raina, he said.
The body of the Begum was handed over to the family for last rites, he added.
