HC quashes 9 PSA detention orders

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir High Court has quashed detention orders under Public Safety Act against two detainees from Baramulla district and ordered their release from preventive custody.
A bench of justice M K Hanjura quashed detention orders against Qaiser Bilal Bhat alias ‘Ouja’ son o Bilal Ahmad Bhat of Zogiyar, Sheeri Baramulla. He has been detained and lodged in District Jail, Kathua.
The court also quashed the detention, also passed by district magistrate Baramulla, against Mushtaq
Ahmad Dar son of Abdul Gani Dar of Frasthar, Baramulla. Dar too has been detained and lodged in Central Jail, Kotebhulwal.
