Clashes erupt in drabgam, gunfight continues

Pulwama : Clashes erupted between government forces and protesters in Drabgam village of Pulwama while a gunfight between Militants and forces is underway in the area.

Protesters have become a serious issue for Government forces who force themselves between the bullets trying to save the trapped militants.

Four civilians died in a recent encounter while militants managed to escape.

Dgp SP Vaid had blamed civilian for interrupting operations and said that they, civilians, are to be blamed to for deaths.

“No marriage is happening there,” he had said.
