Govt forces launches cordon in Sopore Village

Sopore: Government Forces on Sunday evening launched cordon and search operation in Zaloora Sopore following the presence of militants in the area.
Initial reports said that the forces including Army’s 22 RR, CRPF and SOG and Sopore Police sealed Sagipora area of Sopore, some 15 kms away from sopore town.
Locals reports said that door to door search were on in the area while public movement was affected after forces sealed area.
Officials confirmed that search operation was launched after information of militants presence in the area. “the operation is still underway.”
