Kathua rape and murder: Case to be heard on April 28, charge sheet to be provided to accused

Srinagar: The trail of the rape and murder case of an eight-year-old  in Kathua got postponed till April 28.

The case which was being heard at the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Kathua got postponed till April 28.

Prosecution has been ordered to provide copies of the charge sheet  to all accused who have allegedly raped and murdered the victim.
