Baramulla: A police officer received injuries in stone throwing clashes between students and government forces at government degree college Baramulla.

Sb-inspector Khalid Fayaz posted as station house officer (SHO) Baramulla received injuries during clashes at Government Degree College Baramulla.

A police official said that Khalid received a head injury in stone throwing incident at Degree College Baramulla and has been shifted to SKIMS.

“Khalid has received injuries but he is stable”, police said

Earlier massive clashes were reported from Government Degree College Baramulla after students held a protest demonstration in wake of civilian killings in South Kashmir.
