Empowered Committee clears 397 cases for regularization

Jammu: The Empowered Committee to consider regularization of leftover Daily-Rated Workers met here on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Principal Secretary to the Government, Finance Department Navin K Choudhary.
The Committee cleared 397 cases of Daily Rated Workers of different Departments for regularization.
Giving details, Mr Choudhary said that out of 397 cases, 132 cases belong to PHE Department, 95 to Forest Department, 117 to Rural Development Department, 35 of Agriculture Production Department, 8 of Public Works Department, 7 of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department and one each of Tourism, Social Welfare and Culture Departments.
He said the concerned Departments will issue the formal orders after completing the requisite formalities.
