With Israel-Delhi flight ‘tourism’ will have a boost

New Delhi : To boost ties between India-Israel, Air India inaugurated its direct flight service between the two capital cities.

While israeli Tourism Minister Yariv Levin on Friday termed the move as a ‘historic moment’, media reports said.

‘We will see more Indian tourists coming to Israel now,” Levin was quoted in reports.

This will be first flight that will fly over Saudi Arabia. Israels national carrier, El Al, already operates direct flights between Tel Aviv and Mumbai.
