Holiday on account of ‘yearly closing of Banks’ on 2nd April: Govt

Srinagar: Government on Friday said that the holiday on account of ‘yearly closing of Banks (Banks only)’ shall be observed on April 2 (Monday) instead of 1st April.
“In partial modification of Government Order No.1585-GAD of 2017, dated 14.12.2017, the holiday on account of
‘yearly closing of Banks (Banks only)’ shall be observed on 2nd April, 2018 (Monday) instead of lst April,2018 (Sunday),” reads a government order issued here.
