Srinagar: The State Government on Tuesday constituted Cabinet Sub Committee comprising Deputy Chief Minister, Minister for Horticulture and Minister for Social Welfare, ARI & Training and S&T to look into the issues relating to grant of relaxation in militancy related SRO-43 cases.
