Police seizes ‘illegally’ stored 160 gas cylinders in Soura

Srinagar: Police on Saturday arrested 160 gas cylinders stored “illegally” in Soura area in outskirts of Srinagar. Acting on specific information regarding illegal dumping of domestic gas cylinders in the residential area of 90-ft Road Soura near Masjid Muslim, Police raided the place and seized 160 gas cylinders. One Adil Ahmad Guroo has been arrested and an FIR No. 32 /2018 U/S 285 RPC R/W 23 Petroleum has been registered in Police Station Soura and investigation taken up.
