National championship: Ansari congratulates JK U-19 football team

Jammu: Minister for Information Technology, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports, Imran Raza Ansari has congratulated J&K U-19 football team for making it to finals of Junior National Football Championship at Una Khad in Himachal Pradesh.
“In a first, the J&K team has created history by making it to the finals, with the dint of their dedication and hard work,” he said. “Historic win is very important for the state to inspire other sports aspirants,” Minister added.
Minister said that state has no dearth of talent, which has been proved by various other players of the state by marking at national and international levels, which will be inspiration for others.
Ansari also wished the team for their success in the tournament and in their career. He also appealed youth to get more connected to sports activities. He reiterated that government is committed to provide every feasible support to sports aspirants and for the encouragement of youth to make sports a way of life.
Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) also congratulated the team for making it to finals and wished them success in the match.
Meanwhile, Director YSS also hailed the success of the team and wished them success in the tournament.
