Srinagar: The chief minister Mehbooba Mufti on Friday said the situation on ground in Kashmir doesn’t allow the government to revoke the AFSPA.
She was addressing the Legislative Assembly on grants for Home department.
The CM said people nowadays rush to the encounter sites unlike in past.
