Ganderbal: A cordon and search operation was launched by police and army in Shuhama village of central Kashmir in this central Kashmir district on Friday.

Official sources told INS that joint team of police and army launched the CASO after receiving “specific inputs” about the presence of militants in the area.

The CASO was concluded peacefully, said DySP operations Ganderbal Ashiq Hussain.
