Sopore: A man injured in a road accident last week at Bomai Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district has succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS, Srinagar on Wednesday.
35-year-old Bashir Ahmed Malik son of Mohammad Subhan Malik resident of Darpora Bomai was hit by a speedy Tata Sumo at Zindri crossing, Bomai. The cab driver however didn’t stop and fled from the spot.
Bashir was admitted at Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura and succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday.
Bomai Police had lodged FIR in this regard.
