IAS, KAS among 14 officers transferred

Srinagar: One IAS and four KAS were among 14 officers transferred by the Jammu and Kashmir Government on Saturday.
According to separate orders, Owais Ahmed (IAS), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Karnah-Tangdhar, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.
Ghulam Mustafa Andrabi (KAS), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kangan, has been transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer, Kupwara, against an available vacancy.
Navdeep Wazir (KAS), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Assar, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department.
Sanjeev Rana, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Padder, Kishtwar, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.
Mehraj-ud-din, DPO, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kangan.
Rishi Kumar Sharma, DPO, Doda, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Padder, Kishtwar.
Ghulam Mohammad, DPO, Kargil, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khairu, relieving Tsering Mutup (KAS), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Neyoma of the additional charge of the post.
Varunjeet Charak, DSWO, Ramban, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Assar.
Aiyaz Ahmad, Assistant Director, Tourism, Gulmarg, has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Karnah-Tangdhar.
Imteeaz Ahmad Khan Kacho (KAS), Deputy Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Kargil.
Barkat Ali Lone, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Kargil, has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kargil, against an available vacancy.
Jugal Kishore Anand (KAS), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
Naresh Kumar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Surankote, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Mohammad Rashid, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Surankote.
