9 KAS officers shifted

Govt shifts 6 KAS officers, gives additional charge to other

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday transferred eleven officers, nine of them KAS, in the interest of administration.
According to separate orders, Anil Kumar (KAS), Deputy Secretary Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kishtwar, vice Mr. Garbi Rashid Dar.
Garbi Rashid Dar (KAS), Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kishtwar, has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Managing Director, JKSRTC for his posting as General Manager.
Reyaz Ahmad (KAS), Special Secretary Forest, Ecology and Environment, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.
Nitu Gupta (KAS), Special Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, J&K Special Tribunal, against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Ashraf Hakak (KAS), Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare
Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
Rifat Arif (KAS), Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, has been asked to hold the additional charge of the post of Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department, till further orders.
Tilak Raj (KAS), General Manager, DIC, Poonch, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the State Vigilance Commission.
Manzoor Hussain (KAS), Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Poonch, has been asked to hold the additional charge of the post of General Manager, DIC, Poonch, till further orders.
Natasha Kalsotra (KAS), under orders of posting as Additional Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission, has been posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Jammu, relieving Rimpy Ohri, (KAS), Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Udhampur of the additional charge of the post.
Jyoti Rani Slathia (KAS), Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Jammu, presently on child care leave, has been transferred and has been asked to await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department.
Mushtaq Ahmad, Under Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary Revenue Department vice Manzoor Ahmad Parray who has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission. Joni Kumar, Under Secretary Public Works (R&B) Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary in J&K State Vigilance Commission.
