Srinagar: The INS and Jammu and Kashmir Saqafatee Markaz, Budgam, have expressed condolence over the demise of renowned poet Gulzar Hazratbali who passed away recently.
They also expressed condolence with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
