Srinagar: The state government on Tuesday transferred K.B. Agarwal (IAS), OSD in the General Administration Department, Financial Commissioner (Coordination), Resident Commission, J&K Government, New Delhi, and posted as Financial Commissioner, Housing and Urban Development Department, relieving Hirdesh Kumar (IAS), Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government.
