Budgam: A famous shrine of a Sofi Saint Nowroz Baba was damaged in a mysterious fire in Khag area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday night.  The Shire of Nowroz Baba was damaged in blaze during night hours, sources said.
Sources said that the cause of fire is being ascertained.
Locals said that they rushed to the shrine of Nowroz Baba Reshi (RA) after hearing about the fire incident.
“The fire had broken out in the shrine in midnight. The people in the adjoining area of the shrine reach the spot and tried their best to douse the flames,” said a local over phone to INS news.
