SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 03: Secretary, School Education, Farooq Ahmad Shah today asked private coaching centres to strictly follow the regulations and directives issued by the government from time to time.
He made these remarks while felicitating meritorious students at a function held at private coaching institute in Parraypora, Srinagar.
Stressing that Government is committed to give impetus to the educational scenario in the state, he urged owners of the coaching centres to impart quality education among students. He said coaching centres can play a crucial role in nurturing students to prepare them for stiff competition in competitive examinations.
On the occasion, Secretary, School Education praised the students of Jammu and Kashmir who have proved themselves at the various levels in different competitive examinations across the globe. He said that over a period of time, the education system has grown and now students are showing their capabilities at various stages and they are cracking various entrance in highly reputed universities and colleges across the country.
