Shun practice of using modified LPG kit:  SSP Traffic to Van operators

SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 23:  Traffic police Srinagar has issued an advisory that the school bus/van operators using modified LPG kit in vehicles will be dealt with ‘stern action’.

SP Traffic City Srinagar, Tahir Saleem Khan Thursday said that reportedly some school buses/van operators who are ferrying school children to and fro from home to school are using LPG Kits in their buses/vans as modification of petrol/diesel which endangers life of school going children and is grave violence of Motor Vehicles Act.

“School bus/van operators ferrying school goers are directed to shun the practice of using modified LPG kit in their vehicles otherwise stern action against all those shall be taken under law whosoever comes to our notice,” Saleem said.
