Srinagar: Minister for Food Civil Supplies Consumer Affairs and Tribal Affairs Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali laid foundation stone of Tribal Research Institute at Khimber Srinagar today. It was first ever such institute for carrying out Research on Tribals in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
