Srinagar: Police on Tuesday recovered 10 sheep and cash of 50,000 rupees from the possession of  Mushtaq Ahmad Kohli son of Baza Kohli of Astanmarg Dhara Harwan, Shabir Ahmad Reshi son of Gulzar Reshi of Khimber and one vehicle which was used to carry the stolen sheep.
Talking to reporters, SSP Ganderbal Fayaz Ahmad Lone KPS,  stated that the complaint  regarding theft of 20 sheep was received by police station Ganderbal from Abdul Qayoom son of Fazal deen of Shahpora Ganderbal on 31/10/2017.
As per this complaint F.I.R No. 234/17 under section 357,380 RPC was registered in Police station Ganderbal and an investigation team was constituted under the supervision of DySP Ganderbal Dr. Rameez Raja KPS, headed by Incharge SHO Police station Ganderbal DySP  (P) Shri Aakash Kohli KPS, for its quick disposal.
Further course of investigation is in process, they said.
