Srinagar: Arms and ammunition was recovered from an over ground worker (OGW) of Hizbul Mujahideen, in Kulgam district of South Kashmir late Wednesday evening.

Identified as Showkat ahmad lone, who was arrested on Tuesday by kulgam police and on Wednesday late night “a pistol, one magazine and 4 live rounds were recovered” from him.

Senior Superintendent of Police Kulgam Shridhar Patil said, “We have arrested Showkat Ahmad Lone an OGW who is associated with HM and on Wednesday night we recovered a pistol, magazine and 4 live rounds.”
