High court on thursday Quashed 35 Detention orders against muslim leagur chairman Masrat alam bhat
A bench of Justice Alok Arade on Thrusday qushed detention against ML chairman.
The court has ordered to set him free ‘if not required in any other offense’.
Amensty int in its report 2011 has called PSA as lawless law.
Mean while the same bench on thursday quashed second detention order against hurriyat G district head ghulam hassan malik.
