Ganderbal: Two incidents of braid cutting happened in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday evening.Police officials urge people to cooperate in investigation.
The first incidents was reported from Rabitar ganderbal, and the victim was a student of 8th standard.
Locals told INS that the braid of a teenage girl Shafqat Nazir D/O Nazir Ahmad R/O Rabitar ganderbal was chopped last evening at her home.
Soon after the incident Ganderbal Police rushed to the spot.
Mean while another incident was reported from Narayanbagh Ganderbal, just 4 Km away from Rabitar. The victim is an orphan girl, identified as Shabnum.
DySP Ganderbal Rameez Raja confirmed the incidents and said “we have started investigating in the incident. We appeal people to cooperate in the investigation.”
