Friday: Train services to be suspended across Kashmir after 1 pm

Srinagar: Authorities have decided to suspend train services across Kashmir on Friday after 1 pm.

The joint resistance leadership has called for valley wide protests after Friday prayers against the “Braid Chopping” incidents in valley.

Meanwhile, Srinagar district administration has imposed restrictions in 5 police station areas of Srinagar as a “precautionary measure”.

Restrictions under section 144 CrPc remains impo0sed under the jurisdiction of Khanyar, Nowhatta, Rainawari, MR Gunj, Safa Kadal, Maisuma and Kralkhud police station in Srinagar city.

Authorities have also ordered the closure of Amar Singh College and Higher Secondary school in Srinagar as a precautionary measure.
