JAMMU, OCTOBER 03: Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell Tuesday began its work in Jammu before the bi-annual shift of the secretariat and other Government offices.

A meeting was conducted in the office of Grievance Cell, Jammu today with the Nodal Officers of important Departments including Chief Engineers of R&B, PMGSY, Director Rural Sanitation, PHE, Chief Conservator of Forest Jammu and RTO Jammu.

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Liaison Officer, Grievance Cell, Imran Malik during which status of grievances pertaining to the aforementioned Departments were reviewed threadbare.

It was stressed upon the officers to follow the Standard Operating Procedures while resolving the complaints to ensure their time-bound and speedy redress.

The decision that the Grievance Cell shall function both in Jammu as well as in Srinagar round the year for ensuring speedy, effective and time-bound redress of the grievances has been taken on the directions of Coordinator Grievance Cell, Tassaduq Hussain Mufti.
