Nagpur: Necessary constitutional amendments will have to be made and old provisions will have to be changed in that state said RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday.

Bhagwat made these comments while delivering a talk in an annual Dussehra event of RSS at Nagpur.

In an apparent referenced to Article 370 Bhagwat said: “Only when the constitutional amendments are done, can the residents of Jammu and Kashmir be completely assimilated with the rest of India.”
