Meh’raj ud din Munshi passes away

Srinagar: Former Head of Department (HoD) Government Medical College Srinagar (GMC), Srinagar , Meh’raj ud din Munshi passed away late last night at Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura.

Munshi, professor of medicine and had been Vice Chairperson of Jhelum Valley College (JVC) was also an ideologue of pro-independence party Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF).
A large number of people attended his funeral prayers at Mirzabagh, Nigeen.
