Central district of Kashmir Ganderbal has no militant presence, police said on Monday
“There is no militant presence in Ganderbal however militants are using these as tracks,” Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal Fayaz Ahmad lone told reporter.
SSP Ganderbal was speaking to reporters after a joint operation by 24 RR and Special Operation Group busted a militant hideout in the Chokinar Akhal forest area of Kangan in Ganderbal.
“CASO’s will continue in coming days,” he said.
