A senior police official told KNS that the Zahoor was detained after he “abused” police while they were discharging their duty during law and order problem in the city centre.
“Police had detained a protester and the person intervened and abused police to release him,” the officer told KNS, adding that he was released after his identity was ascertained. (KNS)
