Srinagar: Following the disclosure of the arrest of a UP resident with links with LeT, an ATS team from UP has rushed to the Valley.
“A team of the Uttar Pradesh Police Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) rushed to Jammu and Kashmir to interrogate Sandeep Kumar Sharma alias Adil,” sources told KNS.
In UP, Inspector General of Police (IG) ATS Arun said here that a team of UP ATS have rushed to Kashmir after hearing the news about the arrest of Sandeep, a native of Muzaffarnagar district.
Police today said they have arrested Sandeep Sharma, a resident of UP, in Kokernag from the house where LeT militant, Bashir Lashkari, was killed. (KNS)
