Srinagar: National Conference working President, Omar Abdullah Saturday congratulated the successful candidates in the civil services examination and said the youth of J&K were second to none in talent and dedication.
Extending his felicitations to the young students and their families, Omar Abdullah said the encouraging trend of youth from the State proving their mettle in civil services examinations was a reflection of the sheer grit, perseverance and talent of our youth who have shown courage in the face of unimaginable adversities.
Omar congratulated Bilal Mohuiddin Bhat and his family on the remarkable feat of him attaining the 10th rank at the national level in the coveted examination and said such success stories would provide inspiration to thousands of young students who aspire to crack the civil services examination in the future.
