The anti-mining operation is being carried out in collaboration with the Department of Geology and Mining, with all police stations in the district actively participating. Authorities have also imposed heavy fines on those found violating mining regulations.

Reaffirming its commitment to environmental protection and legal enforcement, Budgam Police urged residents to report any instances of illegal mining in their areas. Officials assured strict action against violators in accordance with the law.
